I returned to Australia after many years away and found a studio nestled alone in the bush amongst the trees. Such a contrast to the bright lights and the hum of London! Daily my companions were a magpie, a rock and the daily flight of a raucous cacophany of cockatoos.
I sought to capture their spirit, the essence of their flight, their humour, their spirit.
